Get the world's most affordable gear rental at one click of a button. Do you have any Questions? Our Rental Agents are here to help, standing by 7 days a week.
Explore thousands of gear list with best price or you can upload your gear list to start your business.
On ProductionGps you can do a location specific search for production equipment and shooting locations for your next project. Equipment owners, rental houses and location owners/managers can create listings on our website to rent them out when they are not using them and make extra money. By renting from equipment owners there is the advantage to be able to reach them at any time, especially if you need a last minute rental. You can find somebody who is close to you, has the right accessories that you need for your specific shoot, could give you valuable tips to operate the equipment and can help you troubleshoot it at any time if you have questions or issues with it. You can also network and maybe find a collaborator for your next project!
When you book gear on ProductionGPS you can either leave a deposit for the replacement value of the equipment or we can recommend an insurance company you can purchase short-term or annual insurance from to cover the rental. If you already have production insurance that covers rentals, you can upload the certificate of insurance for us to verify.
Once you book the equipment you coordinate with the equipment owner for the best time and location for the pick up. You just need to make sure the equipment is in good working condition, do a checklist of all equipment and accessories and set up a return date. Once the rental is marked completed, you will be able to rate the person you rented the equipment from and he or she will do the same. Having a lot of positive reviews helps build trust within our community. Renting on ProductionGps will help you find affordable, conveniently located gear for your project, rent from and to professionals with affordable insurance, network and maybe find possible future collaborators!
